   The rise of the radio flux on May 24 seems to be associated with the
optical "flare" following this rapid rise in the radio.  The simultaneously
taken optical data did not show as marked rise as in the radio.  This
observation seems to suggest the presence of a delay between the radio
rise and the optical rise.
