======================================================================
* Class: 1 = primary target, 2 = secondary target, 3 = optional target

Hachisu-san. 3 = as above, in collaboration with Sumner Starrfield
(1) V551 Sgr: bright outburst of a possible SU UMa-type dwarf nova
(possibly related to WZ Sge-type stars?) Top-priority star for the
southern observers!
(2) V585 Lyr: superoutburst of a short-period (superhump period 0.06016 d)
system. First-ever opportunity to closely follow its superoutburst!
(3) New object? near HX Peg: see vsnet-alert 7862. Visually detected
but apparently disappeared? Rapid fading transient?
Mike Linnolt's position of (2000) 23 40 03 +12 36 45
(http://vsnet2.hawaii.edu/~linnolt/HXPegtransient.html)
Post observations of this suspected transient either to vsnet-alert
(urgent ones), vsnet-newvar and vsnet-campaign-unknown (non-urgent).
Please closely watch vsnet-alert and vsnet-outburst for other new
outbursts.

*** Notice ***
This list is "read-only", i.e. it is used only for announcement of
the target lists. Other information, as well as reports and discussions
on particular targets, should be directed to the appropriate VSNET campaign
sub-lists (e.g. vsnet-campaign-dn for dwarf novae).
Nightly time-series observations should be now directed to (rather than
private e-mails):
---------------------------------------------------
vsnet-campaign-report@ooruri.kusastro.kyoto-u.ac.jp
---------------------------------------------------
Reports sent to this address will be delivered to the VSNET campaign
local staffs, including Ishioka-san, Uemura-san and me, and are expected
to be more convenient than personal e-mails to separate addresses.
