  I had a gap in my observing program so I took a 5min J (1.2 micron)
and K-prime (2.2 micron) image of SN 2002ap with the CA 3.5m telescope.
The object is nicely visible. Conditions are photometric...
  I took it Feb. 1. 2002., around 19:30UT.

Hi,

I have tried a quick reduction and I have:

Object	J	K
SN	10.45 12.34
NE	10.23 11.86

SN is the supernova, NE is the object North-East from the SUpernova.
Magnitudes are Vega magnitudes. At this stage I don't dare to estimate
errors. The reduction was very very quick... May be completely wrong...

If anyone want the images, look at
