# SN 2003ex (13:27:32.31, +5:31:14.4 (J2000.0), offset = 3"W, 1"S) is
# hosted by a compact anonymous galaxy (rmag around 16 in USNO-A2.0).
# Typical uncertainty of the NEAT data is reported as "up to 0.4 mag".

# SN 2003ey (14:20:03.28, -8:28:40.0 (J2000.0), offset = 2"W, 1"S) is
# hosted by a round-shaped anonymous galaxy (rmag about 15 in
# USNO-A2.0).

SN2003ez 20030603.2 175:C KAI

# SN 2003ez (12:43:11.87, -2:30;04.1 (J2000.0), offset = 5"W, 1"S) is
# hosted by PGC 42782, a barred-spiral (SB(rs)c pec) galaxy. The
# expected maximum for typical SN Ia is consistent with the discovery
# magnitude.

NGC6822nova2003 20030603.4 192:C KAI

# This object (19:45:04.18, -14:45:46.5) is located about 1"W and 3"N
# of a foregreound star of mag about 18.5. NGC 6822 is a dwarf
# irregular (IB(s)m) galaxy in the local group (Barnard's galaxy).
# Its distance is comparable to that of Andromeda galaxy. The
# absolute magnitude at discovery is about -5.0, so it can be a nova
# past maximum.

SN 2003ep:
In [vsnet-campaign-sn 629] (June 4):
>SN2003ep 20021130.2 <190:C KAI
>SN2003ep 20030517.5 157:C KAI

>
# SN 2003ep (21:21:07.34, +23:05:05.8 (J2000.0), offset = 4" due west)
># is hosted by NGC7053, a spiral? (S?) galaxy. It embedded within the
># central region, so probably the discovery was made by the image
># subtraction. The expeced maximum of typical SN Ia is consistent
># with the discovery magnitude.

The CfA team Took a spectrum of SN 2003ep on June 4.46, which
revealed that it is a reddened SN Ia, about 3-4 weeks after maximum.
