# SN 2003da (9:23:47.56, +42:10:48.6 (J2000.0), offset = 2"W, 12"S) is
# hosted by UGC 4992, an edge-on spiral (sc) galaxy.  There is a
# foreground star or companion compact galaxy (mag about 16) about 17"
# due east of the nucleus of UGC 4992.  The expected maximum for
# typical SN Ia is mag about 15.4.

# SN 2003db (9:36:58.83, +31:20:01.7 (J2000.0), offset = 9"E, 9"N) is

# maximum for typical SN Ia is mag about 16.9.
