  A. V. Filippenko reports on IAUC 7511 that SN 2000ds would be,
surprisingly, of type Ib SN. The spectrum suggests that it is an old
supernova.

All other recent SNe (2000dt, 2000du, 2000dv) are determined to be
core-collapsed SNe (2000du is of normal type II and other two are of
Ib). SN 2000dt seems to be somewhat young.

The same IAUC also reported the discovery of SN 2000dw in Scd galaxy
UGC 11955 by Beijing group at mag 17.5:C. The location is R.A. =
22h13m49s.06, Decl. = +39o14'15".1 (equinox 2000.0), just a few
arcseconds NE of the nucleus of the host. It is embedded in the very
central region, so the magnitude estimates need a careful treatment.
And, about 14" NE of the nucleus there is a double foreground star, so
the identification shoule also be done carefully. The recession
velocity of the host galaxy suggest that the normal SN Ia without
extinction would become mag 16 at its maximum.
