[vsnet-campaign-nova 1545] V475 Sct Times

I reviewed the AAVSO and VSNET observations for the nova V475 Sct and came up with the following key dates for the nova:
t0 = 25 Aug 2003 (date of outburst)
tmax = 1 Sep 2003 (date of maximum V magnitude, V=8.0)
t2 = 23 Sep 2003 (date of 2 magnitude drop from date of maximum)

I wanted to make sure most people agreed with these dates before I added them to my web page
