Prof. Yamaoka,

I have checked my chart, and I believe it is OK.  I got my coordinates
from IAU Circ 8123 (18 40 02.54, -33 26 55.1).  That circular also
lists the coordinates for V2377 Sgr (18 40 00.7, -33 27 49.6), which 
is 15" south of V4745.  Could you have confused the 2 objects?
