V445 Pup and V838 Mon are not "classical" novae, I think.

Tabur's possible nova in Crux is still "possible" nova.

Maybe another possible nova V709 Cep can be added in the list.

Anyway, your list still contains so many wrong information. I
recommend you look up past IAU circulars carefully.
