Subject: Nova in Sag 

I have a digital image of the region of the nova taken on Aug 30/2002. 
It shows nothing at the location of the nova that appeared in the 
discovery images. Maybe other amateurs have images closer to the 
discovery date so it may be possible to pin down the exact date of the 
explosion!
If you wish me to email the jpeg I obtained Aug 30, please let me know.
