[vsnet-campaign-nova 1066] Time series on V4743 Sgr
Greetings all
A time series was carried out in B and V on V4743 Sgr on 20020922. Data
showed an exactly linear decrease in brightness of 1.038 mag/day(B) and
0.878 mag/day(V). The excess decrease in B over V is most likely due to
increasing airmass. RMS residuals from the trendline were 0.016 mag(B) and
0.015 mag(V).
Comparison star was GSC6294:1524. Guide 8 gives Johnson magnitudes derived
from Tycho-2 BT and VT as V=9.27, (B-V)=1.046.
