[vsnet-campaign-nova 1034] AAVSO N SGR 02#3 chart

 The AAVSO has published a "southern" b-scale chart on N SGR 02#3. N is up
and E is to the left. It uses Tycho-V mags to 9.5 with mostly low B-V.  
It was difficult to find low B-V stars between 5 and 7. An a-scale chart
is in progress and will be published shortly which will let us fill in
some small gaps.
