Dear colleagues,

Since the deadline for submission of the conference registration 
form is approaching (November 1st, 2001), we remind you to fill 
the attached form and send it by email to: 

                         novaconf@ieec.fcr.es,

or alternatively, to use the Conference WEB page:

                      http://vsnet.ieec.fcr.es/novaconf

in case you plan to attend the conference. The forms will be very 
valuable for the conference organization, since they will help us 
to estimate the number of participants and to prepare a preliminary 
program. We understand that the present world situation is not optimal, 
but we have to proceed according to the schedule proposed in the First 
Announcement, since some details of the organization of the conference 
cannot be delayed. Therefore, 

*** WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE those of you who have not yet registered and 
are interested in the conference to SUBMIT THE REGISTRATION FORM as soon 
as possible, even if you are not completely sure of your attendance. ***

Details regarding registration fee and hotel payment will be provided in 
the Second Circular, by December 2001.
