[vsnet-campaign-nova 228] Re: Possible Nova in Saggitarius; astrometry and the quiescent counterpart

This star is really seen on DSS2R image. There seems to exist an dim
(rmag about 18) star 2"-3" northeast of this USNO star, and no other
object can be seen in 5" radius.
