[vsnet-campaign-nova 61] CI Aql linear fading trend continues

CI Aql linear fading trend continues

   The linear fading trend of XTE J1118+480 continues.  Recent nightly
averaged magnitudes from Kyoto data (observers: Katsura Matsumoto and Makoto
Uemura).  An ingress to the primary minimum was observed in the July 20 run.
