So far Rudolf Novak and Lew Cook have had 14 nights on this nova. Joe Patterson also also put the CBA cannons into the battle. The main results: 1. There is a very strong signal at 14.86 c/d=1.62 h. It is near a 1-d alias of the periodicity previously reported to the IAUC. It seems that the amplitude was slightly increased. In the last night of Novak, the full amplitude was nearly 0.10 mag. The shape of this individual night might suggest that the nova is a polar system. 2. There might be other periodicities in the light curve of V1494 Aql, however, we need more data to establish their presence. It is likely that the continuous fading of the nova will change the periodic modulations. Therefore, more observations are encouraged.
