[vsnet-campaign-nova 15] CI Aql slightly rising

CI Aql slightly rising

   CCD obvservations have confirmed the rising trend.  Selected nightly
averaged data from Kyoto observations (other observations not included
because of the different passbands).  Observers are Katsura Matsumoto
and Makoto Uemura.
