Yes, could be. The last outburst occurred in 1999 February (cf. vsnet-alert 2650, 2651, 2652 etc.). The result of the 1999 campaign was only too fruitful (to fully analyze the data ;-). The Kyoto team had more than 3300 points toward the maximum.
