   Yes, could be.  The last outburst occurred in 1999 February (cf.
vsnet-alert 2650, 2651, 2652 etc.).  The result of the 1999 campaign
was only too fruitful (to fully analyze the data ;-).  The Kyoto
team had more than 3300 points toward the maximum.  The only problem
in the present outburst is the simultaneous presence of too many interesting
objects in the evening sky :-)
