GRB 030913: OT? or other new object?

   According to a message in aavso-hen, Bev M Ewen-Smith seems to have
detected a new? object which is not present on Real Sky.  The location
of the object is reported to be

   20h 58m 05s.90, -02o 11' 54".2 (J2000.0)

   This position on other CCD images needs to be checked.
