RU Hor: updated superhump period Dear Colleagues, The VSNET Collaboration has received new data (two nights) from Berto Monard. The superhumps are still clearly seen with a slightly reduced amplitude. The best superhump period up to now is 0.07090(1) d. The known systems having similar superhump period includes RZ Sge (0.07042 d), V1208 Tau (0.07060 d) and KV And (0.07434 d). As judged from the past outburst activites and the outburst amplitude, RU Hor resembles these SU UMa-type dwarf novae with a relatively low frequency of outbursts. Further continued observations are strongly encouraged! Regards, Taichi Kato VSNET Collaboration team
