DV Sco: a dwarf nova

   According to IBVS No. 5448, DV Sco is now suggested to be a dwarf nova
from photographic plate search.  I noticed that the object is identified
with the following ROSAT source, which further strengthens the classification
as a cataclysmic variable.  The X-ray spectrum is relatively hard.
Further monitoring for outbursts is encouraged.
