DM Lyr outburst

   As reported by Carlo Gualdoni, the SU UMa-type dwarf nova DM Lyr is
undergoing an outburst.  There has been a report that this star is recently
displaying an anomalous outburst pattern (Nogami et al. 2003, PASJ 55, 483).
V699 Oph and V1141 Aql being priority targets, and V589 Her being second
priority target, DM Lyr may be regarded as the "third priority target"
for the north.  If you have a third telescope ;-), please make it a try.
