NSV 09923 superoutburst: new data from Berto Monard Dear Colleagues, We have received a new exciting set of data from Berto Monard (July 1-2). The superhumps are still strongly seen. There is no apparent tendency of period variation up to now (the early evolutionary phase may have started before Monard's secure detection of superhumps). The light curve is dominated with relatively long-period QPOs; there are seen as wiggles on the superhump profile. This appearance somewhat resembles the phenomenon observed during the early stage of the superoutburst of NSV 10934. The relatively strong X-ray strength in both objects may be somehow related to this appearance. Further continued observations are strongly encouraged. Regards, Taichi Kato VSNET Collaboration team
