Dear colleagues, We have observed OU Vir for 1.75 h (nearly equal to 1 superhump period) from 2003 May 5.4487 (UT) with 60cm refl. + unfiltered CCD at Hida observatory. Our data clearly show a fully developed superhump with an apmlitude of 0.35 mag and an 0.45-mag eclipse lasting ~13 min around May 5.516 (UT). Thus, the current outburst is evidently a superoutburst! Follow-up observations of this one of rare eclipsing SU UMa stars are encouraged! Thank you, Mike and Rod, for your prompt reports of this outburst to VSNET! Best regards, Daisaku Nogami
