V982 Oph outburst confirmed

Dear Colleagues,

   Torii-san (RIKEN) succeeded in observing V982 Oph, which is reported to
be undergoing an outburst.  The outburst is confirmed.  Since the field
is rather crowded, I have posted the following enlarged image for
identification.
