HT Cam: outburst confirmed!

Dear Colleagues,

   We have just received a confirmatory observation (preliminary unfiltered
CCD magnitude 13.1) from Torii-san, RIKEN.  The outburst is still ongoing!

   Further reports and announcements on this outburst will be made by
Ishioka-san.  Please always report your observations with a copy to
Ishioka-san (ishioka@kusastro.kyoto-u.ac.jp) in order to avoid any delay.
