V1028 Cyg: still bright

    The Kyoto team started time-series observation of V1028 Cyg, and
confirmed that the object is still bright at about 14.2mag.  This
implies that the outburst is a superoutburst.  Follow-up observations
are encouraged.

    We also started observation of Var73 Dra with other telescope.
