IX Dra: termination of superoutburst

Dear Colleagues,

   The most recent data indicate that the current superoutburst of IX Dra
has apparently entered its rapid decline phase.  Since the AW Sge has
undergone a rare outburst, we would suggest to change the evening priority
target from IX Dra to AW Sge.
