Var73 Dra superoutburst: data from Lew Cook

Dear Colleagues,

   We have received a new data set (Oct. 15) of TY PsA from Lew Cook.
The data show low-amplitude superhumps (with sub-structures or flickering).
The object was still bright, and has not yet entered the rapid declining
stage.  The data will be analyzed in combination with all the data reported
to the VSNET Collaboration.  More detailed analysis will be later reported
by Uemura-san.
