FT Cam outburst

   According to Timo Kinnunen, FT Cam is in outburst.

CAMFT        020918.80   14.8   KNN  outburst
CAMFT        020919.04   15.0   KNN

   This object has recently identified as a dwarf nova below the period
gap (see astro-ph/0209172: Thorstensen and Fenton, vsnet-campaign-dn
2830).  Although the present outburst has not attained a magnitude
comparable to previous outbursts, close observations are encouraged.
