The GSC-ACT based astrometry reveals:
5:58:17.875 +/- 0.042 +67:53:46.14 +/- 0.27

Exactly.
Entries in the other catalogues:
USNO-A2.0 5:58:17.961 +67:53:46.45 b=16.6 r=16.5
GSC-2.2 5:58:17.844 +67:53:46.05 Rmag=16.92 Bjmag=15.96
However, on DSS 2 image, this star is somewhat elongated to NW-SE.
It is possible that it is a close double and the outbursting object
is one of them.
