Dear colleagues, I have started an unfiltered CCD photometry session on WZ Sge at about 20:28 UT tonight (Aug 21/22, 2001) at CBA Belgium Observatory. Weather permitting, I will continue till about 03:15 UT. A preliminary inspection of the intermediate light curve (short segment, about 1.5 h) shows a continued -but limited- brightening of WZ Sge, and the existence of a superhump of roughly 0.1 magnitude. There's no trace yet of eclipses in this part of the light curve. I will post more complete results tomorrow, at my web site, including -hopefully- a complete light curve. PS : I have also posted a short review of AIP4WIN's photometry functions on my web site. AIP4WIN is the software package that comes with the Handbook of Astronomical Image Processing (R. Berry & J. Burnell). Kind regards, Tonny Vanmunster CBA Belgium Observatory http://vsnet.lunarpages.com/cbabelgium email : Tonny.Vanmunster@advalvas.be
