[vsnet-campaign-dn 1150] WZ Sge light curve now on-line!
Dear Colleagues,
as promised, I posted on my web site the light curve resulting from a very good quality
run. I report here my previous comment, with some additions.
The run has been 6.8-hours long. As expected, the light curve is definitely different from
last night and it is really outstanding. The curve looks like in my previous Aug. 04/05
run, where it had the "M" shape. But this time the lower peak is the right one. It is
clear that this curve is the evolution of what I observed yesterday. An amazing feature is
just after the eclipses: sometimes the star keep a constant brightness for about 30
minutes, while sometimes it has a sort of mini-hump.I was wondering if that quite sharp
dip just at the exit of the main feature are the eclipse which are re-appearing. I
performed PDM analysis over the last 5 runs, getting the probbale period of 0.05742d.
