Lopez and T.M. Girard (PASP 102,1018, 1990) provide an accurate position for NSV 10934. Precessed from 1950 to 2000, it is 18h40m52.17s - 833'9.9" . This is in reasonable agreement with the ROSAT position, and there is a USNO-A2.0 star close to this position.
