    Tonight observation at Kyoto shows V1028 Cyg is now fainter than 
R=15.5mag.  This indicates a decline rate of November 6 - 9 is about 0.4mag/d.
The rapid decline rate and short outburst duration imply the current 
outburst may be a normal one or an atypical superoutburst.
Follow-up observations are encouraged.
