V402 And superhump period update Dear Colleagues, We have received the second night run from Jochen Pietz. Combined with all data by the Kyoto team until Sep. 25, we have been able to determine the superhump period as 0.06336 d. Other possibilities can be safely excluded. The period is a rather short one among SU UMa stars, which may imply the recorded outburst amplitude is smaller than the average for this superhump period.
