[vsnet-campaign-data 86] V1028 Cyg December outburst data

Inspired by the reports and graph of superhumps by J. Pietz mentioned in
[vsnet-campaign 1238], I subsequently observed this star.

A graph showing variability as V1028 Cyg faded during its December 2001
outburst is at:

The black points are V1028 Cyg, the other points are comp/check stars.

The datapoints for the variable (V magnitude differential from comp "113" on
the AAVSO PE2001 chart) are in:

The observations were made using a C-14 at f/7 with an ST-7E, V filter, 240
second exposures.  Times in the data file are JD (*not* HJD) times of
mid-exposure.
