[vsnet-campaign-data 24] QW Ser measurements from RIT Observatory, JD 2451733.7

  I have reduced observations of QW Ser taken by Tracy Davis at the RIT 
Observatory on the night of July 7/8, 2000.  We used a Meade 10-inch
reflector, Meade 416 CCD with no filter, and 30-second exposures.
The observations cover the range

          2451733.61  <  JD   <  2451733.73
