Intermittent network disconnection at VSNET

Dear Collagues,

    We have intermittent network disconnections since yesterday, owing to
the renewal of the main network system of the department.  This situation
may continue for some while.  If you have sent a message and have not
received its delivery (or received a blank return), please send it again.
And when the network looks disconneted again, please wait a while before
trying the next one.

    Sorry for the inconveniences.
