VSNET ftp/www temporary restriction

Dear Colleagues,

    Due to the system maintainance, VSNET ftp and WWW archives will not
be updated for a while (e-mail arichives up to Sep. 10 can be accessed
as before).  Sorry for the inconvenience.
    Frequent on-line archive users are recommended to temporarily receive
information by e-mails by subscribing to the necessary lists.
