[Posted to vsnet-outburst and relayed to Tappert yesterday.  This is
not an adequate issue for vsnet-alert.  A better target of opportunity
is V699 Oph].

V478 Sco undergoes outbursts almost twice every month.  So this is
not a remarkable phenomenon.  Please use only "vsnet-outburst", rather
than vsnet-alert when reporting on such frequent outbursts.
