We have measured a precise position of 1RXS J232953.9+062814 with
Kyoto image taken on Nov. 4 as (uncertainty would be smaller than 1"):
Kyoto : 23 29 54.25 +06 28 12.3 (epoch 2001.8)

The direction of the proper motion (northwest) and the value (0".05
- 0".06 /yr) is consistent with Brian's.
