[vsnet-alert 6477] HO Del rare outburst!

HO Del rare outburst!

   M. Reszelski reports that the short-period SU UMa-type dwarf nova HO Del
is undergoing a (rare) outburst. The last secure outburst detection
reported to VSNET dates back to 1996 August. HO Del is of particular
interest because of its short period (Psh=0.0607 d, Kato et al.),
and unusual evolution of superhumps. Observers are strongly requested
to make time-resolve photometry of HO Del, in order to follow the
evolution of the outburst and superhumps (and possible early superhumps).

[If there were not WZ Sge, the object would be the top priority target!]
