Your suspect star is defenitely the other GSC-cataloged star.

GSC 3156-135  20:24:37.36 +39:25:24.0 mag=11.17
USNO-A2.0     20:24:37.39 +39:25:23.4 rmag=11.3 bmag=11.8

And, there is a neighbouring GSC-cataloged star which can make
combination in your image (separation is less than 20").

GSC 3156-78   20:24:38.95 +39:25:22.0 mag=12.44
USNO-A2.0     20:24:38.95 +39:25:21.9 rmag=12.5 bmag=13.2

Again, please make your measurement more precise.
