It is defenitely the GSC-catalogued star:
GSC 2642-1033 18:52:59.79 +33:37:38.1 mag=11.59
2MASS 18:52:59.79 +33:37:37.9 J=10.229 H=9.739 K=9.598
The USNO-A2.0 catalog does not contain this probably because of the
plate condition of the 1st Palomar survey.
You must measure the coodinates more accurately.
