[vsnet-alert 5960] RE: [vsnet-campaign 963] V478 Her brightening - Confirmation

Dear colleagues,

I herewith confirm the bright state (outburst?) of V478 Her. An unfiltered
CCD session, started on 2001, June 6.976 UT, using the 0.35-m f/6.3
telescope and ST-7 CCD of CBA Belgium Observatory, shows the variable at mag
15.85.
