The note I copied is the extent of my knowledge; apparently he compared
a sketch with a DSS image, and concluded his suspect was rather farther
from the galaxy center than 0'.5. Weather in much of the US will be cloudy
in coming days, although perhaps Wei-Dong may get a clear-enough patch in
24-36 hours.
