Dear Colleagues,
confronting my CCD magnitude estimate for this nova suspect, got this night, with that I
reported in [vsnet-alert 5506] (on behalf of the VSNET Collaboration team), I note that
this star has not experienced any fade between Dec. the 31.7 and Jan the 7.0, having a
magnitude around 8.7 R (unfiltered).
I did also a sort of photometric run on this target, covering about two hours. Looking at
the first part of this run, there are no evident fluctuations (compared to those of
reference stars); I will perform a more careful analysis later today.
Yours,
Gianluca
