RZ Leo: "true" superhumps further analysis Dear Colleagues, The analysis of the combined data set on Dec. 23 (the epoch after "true" superhumps have apparently appeared; the data (1092 measurements) are from G. Masi, S. Kiyota and the Kyoto team) has yielded a period of 0.0813 d. The period is slightly longer than that determined from the data by S. Kiyota and the Kyoto team. Whether this new period is better determination of the superhump period, or it implies a phase change, awaits further observations and more detailed O-C analysis. The amplitude of superhumps has almost doubled within this interval, which may more suggest the latter possibility. Regards, Taichi Kato On behalf of the VSNET Collaboration team
