Dear all,
Following my note to vsnet yesterday, regarding the detection of superhumps in IX Dra (vsnet-alert 5368), I herewith announce a refined superhump period value of 0.068 d +/- 0.001 d, based on 6.45 h of uninterrupted CCD photometry at CBA Belgium Observatory (November 4/5, 2000).
Weather conditions are bad over here, for the moment, and the forecast is not favorable for the next nights either. Observations from other observatories therefore would be highly appreciated, to further study the outburst behaviour of this interesting UGSU type CV.
Best regards,
Tonny Vanmunster
